 Bounty hunter Renshi Zimmer would shrug off the crisis as something outside his jurisdiction. He'd probably say this applies to guards as well and that people about this city have some major issues, but who'd listen to a hedonistic, swashbuckling bounty hunter, anyway? He remains neutral, sypathazing with the Chanclery's position, but mindful of the fact the law is not on their side.
