Unto Kharees Triolix, Armsman:

Armsman, in light of the incident that occurred in the King's Inn 
yesterday, I am hearby placing you on an indefinite suspension without 
pay. Please deliver your rank pin and null-magic shackles to my office 
immediately. While this is the first incident for which you have 
required disciplinary action, it is severe enough that lighter measures 
are entirely inadequate. If you wish to return to duty, you must seek 
our someone who can teach you to restrain your rage so that you do not 
murder an innocent citizen or a fellow Guard in mindless fury. We will 
pay the required fee for such treatment, or make a donation to the 
appropriate temple. When you feel ready to return to duty, contact me 
and I will evaluate you at that time.
