[Royal Guard] Arrestation Report

Arrestation report by Arsman Leon De`Graunce:

During my stay at the inn, a woman came up to me, who's description matched 
one of the wanted folks,<insert Rose Whitefire's description>, and said a 
child was in need of help. She informed me that this winged kid was formerly 
a slave to a man or thing good with psionics. The lass seemed to be turning 
blue or something of another, so I placed the psi-dampners on her to cut off 
whatever link there may be, and did that job. As for the woman, I returned 
my attention to her and told her to surrender now or start running, she 
asked why she was wanted, and it was all given. She agreed, and in turn I 
shackled her, summon Magistrate Jald Fohan, and took her to the guardhouse.

She was wanted for conspiracy, protecting Ender while other guards were 
trying to either take him down or arresting him during his current exile, 
and Spellcaster Tsekani has informed us that she placed runes within her 
room for some reason or another, which seems to count as destruction of 
property. Also, it was noted that her, Ender and some other man seemed to be 
part of a military faction, which Ender took direct orders from Rose herself 
to get away, instead of complying to an arrest that was suppose to be made 
upon him.
