[Royal Guard] Incident Report

The letter would be delivered to the Magistrate's desk, penned in the compulsively neat cursive handwriting that was Armsman Spyre's.

"When I entered the Black Dragon this evening to begin my patrol, I immediately stumbled upon a fight.  I didn't have much time to assess the situation, but it appeared that a woman with two daggers was assaulting a pregnant woman known as Lay Trayin.  I attempted to force the attacker back, and she in turn lunged at me with the dagger.  After a struggle, I managed to shackle her arms.  By this time, Magistrates Abraxas ul-Bralk Caros and Ketara Lyon had arrived, as well as Armsman Leon De Graunce, and they blocked off the exit and moved in to help as I tried to arrest the woman.  Unfortunately, I fastened the shackles in front of her, not behind, and she came at my throat with her dagger.  I stabbed her in the chest in an attempt to get her off of me, but the jab took her life instead.  It was not my intention to kill the woman, whose identity I didn't have a chance to learn.  ((A description of Dark`Angyl` is included))  Armsman De Graunce took the body to the church, and I
  went immediately to the healers, who advised me to stay off-duty for the remainder of the evening.  I do not know the condition of the victim, Lay Trayin, but her wounds appeared serious.
