[Royal Guard] Odion's Battle/near arrestation report

it came later once Odion had recovered at the healer's

[Crane, wanted for Obstruction of Justice, Resisting Arrest, Aiding the 
Undead and Making drugs for a drug lord.]
While at my stay in the inn, the ever so popular Crane had stepped within, I 
gave word to my Sand Rider friend to block the stairs which would give him a 
close range to the bar as well, while I took care of the front door. I gave 
word to Crane for her to stop. She did, but did nothing else. So I began to 
approach her slowly, and in the meantime, I prepared a spell. Once I got 
close to her, she drew weapons but immediately placed them down once I told 
her too, that's when she pulled her blindfold down, the distinc sign that 
she would use psionics, so I unleashed my spell to trap her in place and 
disable her from running.

I was correct when she used a form of electrokinesis, which gave me light 
jolts every moment or so as I assumed she was gathering energy. The jolts 
were harmless, but distraction enough for me to be unable to call forth more 
spells, it's then I realized she was doing herself more damage than she was 
to me, already bleeding out of the nose and getting jolted herself. So I had 
to break her concentration with three firebolt spells, charged up in my 
staff, and I used all three on her. Successful, it threw her back but she 
immediately regained concentration afterwards, as her gathered electrical 
energy surged through me, and through her. After that, all is blurry, but I 
recall a large guard carting her away, while I myself was taken to the 
healer's by my Sand Rider friend.

Also to add to the case, an informant of mine, has told me that Crane has 
been making a new 'drug' agent, that she herself fears to be highly 
addictive and deadly, she is making the said product for a woman I do not 
know her name, but looks as the following. <A detailed description of Katia, 
and a rough sketch drawn of her.> My informant has also told me that Katia 
deals amphetamines and various other drug sources, including blood, which 
may be sold to the undead like the Vampires.
