[Royal Guard] The scribe scribes at midnight -- a scribed letter

Quill drops off a letter to the Guardhouse.  It reads thus.

"Dear brother Jaco, I send this letter to you, to let you know I have 
finally succeeded in the destruction of what you have told me about.  I ask 
from you to remain silent, for the Order is strong and should they find a 
hint of us they will not hesitate the slightest bit.  I could use your help 
in hiding. You know that the Half-Moon has spies even in the slums we live 
in. I require this from you: The last dagger is still in the circle. 
Retrieve it before we meet again.  Darkness seeks the cat. This concludes 
what I have to say through this letter. I only hope it falls on the right 
hands. Yours, Carter."

Along with said letter is another, also penned by Quill.  IT reads thus.

"I do not know the validity of such a document, but I had a feeling that the 
guard should wish to hear of it, anyway.
